1. Bacterial vaginosis
   • Vaginal infection when there is overgrowth of bacteria causing bacterial imbalance, which leads to discomfort and pain of the vagina.
2. Endometriosis
   • Presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, causing pain and potential fertility issues.
3. Fibroids (uterine leiomyomas)
   • Noncancerous growths in the uterus that can lead to heavy periods and pelvic pain.
4. Gynaecological cancers or tumours
   • E.g., cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, vaginal cancer, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps.
5. Infertility
