Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Description:

  • Capable of developing guidelines, solutions, designs, specifications, and making recommendations for improvements in engineering facilities.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and able to lead a team.

Requirements:

  • Possesses at least a degree in Engineering (any discipline) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Has at least 10 years of working experience in hospital support services, with a minimum of 5 years in managing engineering activities.
Cook

Job Description:

  • Review menus, work orders, production list to determine type and quantity of food to be prepared
  • Prepare, season and cook food following all established and occasional requirements.
  • Ensure the compliance to policies / required techniques in food storage, handling, preparation and holding
  • Operate available kitchen equipment according to safety established procedures
  • Utilise cost effective methods in daily operation of food service; ensure no over or under produce, keep food waste to a minimum, uses left-over appropriately.
  • Follow standard recipes and/or product directions for preparation, seasoning, cooking and preparation of food

Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma n Food Service Management / Catering / Culinary Art
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as cook
  • Good knowledge in food safety, Halal, HACCP, ISO 2200
Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

  • Welcome guests to the hospital in a manner that strictly adheres to service guidelines provided by the hospital, following the Service Standards Program training, and setting a positive and welcoming tone
  • Assist patients as needed to support a positive patient experience
  • Conduct rounds, visiting all patients in hospital wards, addressing and/or highlighting any issues raised by patients
  • Welcome VIPs and acompanies them to their designated destination, while alerting customer service staff
  • Attend promptly to complaints raised by customers, either resolving them or escalating them to senior Customer Service staff as necessary
  • Collect surveys from various locations around the hospital and record the number of patients visited in each ward

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM or Diploma or equivalent from a recognised or accredited institution
  • Experience in Cashiering, Customer Service, Billing, hospital are advantages
Food Service Assistant

Job Description:

  • Conduct food evaluation and food temperature checking prior meal assembly, ensure food prepared are appropriate according to menu and diet type.
  • Check menu sheets against meal serving list, ensure menu sheets are available for meal assemble
  • Do plating at tray line, portion food according to diet type and menu ordered
  • Check on meal assembled during tray line, ensure proper portion control protocols are met
  • Ensure all meal trays are properly prepared and in accordance to diet manual or the direction of the Dietitian.
  • Prepare meal trays according to proper portion control and presentation protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably Diploma n Food Service Management / Catering / Culinary Art / Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 months of food service related working experience
  • Preferably 1 year of food service related working at hospital setting
Front Office Assistant

Job Description:

  • To handle enquiries from patients. To notify superior should require further management and intervention.
  • Responsible to provide queue numbers to patients or NOK upon arrival at Outpatient Registration and Payment Counters and control the traffic by notifying superiors during peak period.
  • Follow and comply with all Front Office Front Office policies and procedures in performing daily tasks, roles and functions.
  • Attend all education sessions and meetings conducted by superior. Proactively provide suggestions and ideas to improve process and internal control of Front Office operations.
  • Participate in all department activities and perform the instructed tasks and duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM or Diploma or equivalent from a recognised or accredited institution.

International Business Development

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing the international marketing portfolio and achieving annual growth target for foreign patients set by Management.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to ensure correct positioning, market penetration, hospital branding and achievement of market share for PHKL on an international level.
  • Develop close liaison with agent networks and partner channels, maintaining the prospect of long-term strategic patient-referral alliances.
  • Identify new market potentials in health tourism and develop new business channels or partners.
  • Generate leads with existing as well as new scale channels through participation in exhibitions, events and health talks.
  • Plan, execute and participate in international events to promote the services of the hospital.
  • Maintain and foster relations with international third-party administrators (TPAs) with the objective of being first-in-mind for medical enquiries and potential medical evacuation referrals.
  • Responsible for the formulation, development and implementation of marketing, promotional plans and corporate communication strategies.
  • Conduct presentations on the hospital profile and services available and coordinate contract written up with the client.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be willing to travel and able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Results oriented and creative in sales and marketing solutions and ideas.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active working attitude.
  • Competent in communicating at all levels.
Pharmacy Assistant

To assist the pharmacist in controlling, distributing, and dispensing drugs, the job holder will also be responsible for other related pharmaceutical and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Description:

  • Confirm & clarify any ambiguity, overdosage, underdosage, polypharmacy, contraindication, etc. with prescriber, nurse or pharmacist.
  • Cross-check medications prepared prior to dispensing.
  • Dispense medication in accordance with Good Dispensing Practice, under a pharmacist’s supervision.
  • Provide patient medication and/or device counselling.
  • Update take-home drug & liaise with ward to discharge patient, if need arises. Perform bedside dispensing & counselling, if need arises.
  • Charge prescription manually, during system downtime.
  • Receive & count return stock, issue credit note (refund note) if relevant. Ensure all documentations are completed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Fresh graduate or with 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hospital Pharmacy
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work in shifts

Radiographer

Job Description:

  • To ensure the correct usage and safe keeping of radiographic, photographic and nursing equipment.
  • To assist the surgeon, physician or radiologist with radiological procedures for specialize and non-specialized equipment.
  • Responsible for the care of patient before, during and after the diagnostic procedure / examination.
  • To produce a radiograph of diagnostic quality which can be kept as a permanent record.
  • To involve in collecting data and to generate report for QIPS and KPIs for the department.
  • The reception and documentation of patient in the HIS.
  • The assessment and selection of the correct exposure factors required to complete the requested examination in the safest manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Radiography
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospital settings.
  • Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in hospital settings.
Staff Nurse

Job Description:

  • Able to provide high quality patient care in various disciplines when performing clinical procedures.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling patients’ health information.
  • Assist patients to identify psychosocial needs, concerns and offers appropriate resources through information provision, education and referrals.
  • Engage in reflective practice by maintaining knowledge and skills that will enhance / advance her / his professional nursing practice.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current and valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) from Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Diploma holder with 2-4 years nursing experience as a Staff Nurse.
  • Computer literate
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
