Guide for Visitors

If your family member or friend is a patient at Pantai Hospital Batu Pahat, the information below will help you plan your visit. We are committed to providing patient and family-centred care for you and your loved ones.

We allow a limited number of visitors. For everyone's safety and comfort, all visitors are required to comply with the following guidelines.

Visiting Hours

General Wards
Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Visitor Guidelines:

Children below 12 years of age are not allowed to visit the ICU unless under special circumstances.
Children are not permitted to visit patients in isolation.
All visitors are required to register at the security counter before entering the ward.
