MEDICAL OFFICER
Requirements
  • MBBS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experiences in A & E and ICU
  • Registered with Malaysian Medical Council
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate
STAFF NURSE / SENIOR STAFF NURSE / STAFF NURSE MIDWIFE
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma / Degree In Nursing
  • Preferably to have a relevant Post Basic certificate / Advanced Diploma in Midwifery
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board / Midwifery Board Malaysia
  • Has a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Must be able to work 3 shifts
  • Preferably with hospital working experience at multidisciplinary wards / critical units / Obstetrics & Gynaecology Ward / Delivery suite
CLINIC ASSISTANTS
Requirements
  • SPM with minimum 1 years’ working experience in Clinic
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all level
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written skills in Malay and English
SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, SALES & MARKETING
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma with 2 to 5 years of previous experience in sales & marketing
  • Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance industry.
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills, good leadership skills and accountability, self-motivated, result-oriented and most importantly customer focused.
  • Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and new marketplace dynamics.
  • Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of sales revenue targets.
  • Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Readiness to work independently with minimal supervision
IT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Computer studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in Technical and Network Background.
  • Able to handle installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • To handle support services for the hospital's computer software, including but not limited to HIS, LIS, PACS and other applications approved by the management.
  • Able to handle and monitor inventory register for all computer hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization
  • Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing processes, constantly seeking process improvement
  • Able to provide technical support across the hospitals or escalate to appointed IT vendors as required.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills and proactive
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels
MEDICAL AFFAIRS & QUALITY (MAQ) EXECUTIVE / OFFICER
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Nursing/Healthcare Science or related field
  • Preferably possess two (3-5) years’ experience as a Staff Nurse or in Healthcare
  • Experience in hospital accreditations is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with doctors and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, fast learner, and highly organised
  • Good writing, reporting, planning, and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and giving presentations
  • Hospital licensing, accreditations and mandatory reporting to authorities
  • Doctors' recruitment, orientation, APC, C&P, rostering, evaluation
  • Secretariat to assigned hospital committees
  • Organising CMEs, committee meetings
  • Involved in quality improvement activities, including analysing incidents and RCAs, collating monthly indicators, performing guided audits and organising patient safety programs
  • Able to manage Document Control, reviewing and updating policies/work instructions/forms
Project Management Officer
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills and with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficient in CAD, Sketchup, and other relevant software.
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Capable of working under pressure, managing tight deadlines, and adapting to odd working hours when required.
  • Experience assisting in project supervision, monitoring project plans, budgets and expenditures.
HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Payroll)
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in payroll administration
  • Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act.
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Excel
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity in handling confidential matters
  • Good interpersonal, time management and communication skills with all levels in the organisation
  • Result-oriented, resourceful, detailed/accurate and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Handle the full cycle of payroll administration functions
  • Coordinate and monitor compensation and benefits practices on a regular basis and/or required
  • Liaise with statutory authorities regarding payroll administration matters/correspondence
  • Assist the Head of Human Resources with market remuneration surveys and the competitive benchmarking and analysis of internal and/or external compensation and benefits practices, as and when required
  • Prepare official correspondence/reports (e.g. salary increment, bonus, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner
NURSING SENIOR MANAGERS
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree In Nursing or a Master In Nursing would be an advantage
  • Post Basic certification in any Nursing specialities
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board & has valid Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Minimum 15 years’ nursing experience in a hospital setting with recent 10 years’ experience at a managerial level
  • Possess management capabilities and leadership qualities, at the desired level of competence
  • Working knowledge of healthcare-related Acts, regulations and accreditation standards
RADIOGRAPHER
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging / Radiography or equivalent
  • Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC)
  • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work late or on call
