Admission
For inpatient and day surgery admissions, please approach our reception counter located at the main
hospital lobby, ground floor
Admission time: 24 hours
Patients are required to place a deposit upon admission
The deposit will be used to offset the final bill and any excess balance will be refunded via cheque
within 7 days from the date of discharge/ final guarantee letter received
Bring:
Identity card/ passport/ birth certificate. Please note that spouse/ parent/ next-of-kin identity
card may be needed
Medical benefits card or letter of guarantee from your insurance provider/ employer (only applicable
for companies with credit arrangements with the hospital)
Personal Items
You may like to bring personal items such as pyjamas and toiletries as the hospital does not provide
them
Please do not keep large sums of money, jewellery and other valuables during your stay in the
hospital
The hospital will not be responsible for the loss of any items
